Returns and Exchanges


At Evie Mai we inspect all of our garments and jewellery thoroughly before we deliver them to you to ensure that your purchases are of a high quality.  We do advise customers to check all purchases upon delivery and before removing any attached tags.

If you are not satisfied with your purchases from Evie Mai, we will refund all monies (excluding shipping) if the item is returned to us in its original condition and as per our Returns Policy below. Please note that this is for dresses only.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order.  We will then refund all monies to the original purchaser’s credit card (unless an alternative has been used) including shipping charges, providing the order has not yet been shipped.

Returns Policy
This applies to all Evie Mai customers.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns with the following conditions:

  1. All garments must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
  2. You let us know about your return by Email before sending it back to us.
  3. Returns must be received within 7 working days from the date of original delivery.
  4. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the sender unless the wrong order was sent or the garment was faulty. In this case Evie Mai will cover the postage costs of returning the item.
  5. All returned items must be well packaged as we will not accept any returns that have been damaged through transit.
  6. Evie Mai takes no responsibility in the event of a faulty garment when special care instructions were not followed.

Evie Mai does not except any returns on jewellery and accessories.

Exchanges
For customers living in Australia we will not charge a re-delivery fee for exchanging dress sizes. You may make one exchange of size only for each garment. Any more than one exchange of size per garment will incur delivery fees of $6.00 per garment.
Customers living in Australia do have the opportunity to exchange dresses provided they are of the same value. Any additional costs will be the responsibility of the customer purchasing the item.
No exchanges will be made on jewellery or accessories.

Simple Checklist for Returns and Exchanges

  1. All returns or exchanges for any particular order need to be returned in one shipment.
  2. Please contact us advising us of the returned parcel and the reason for return. We will then give you an address to return your parcel to.
  3. Please wrap all garments securely.
  4. When returning your item, please ensure that you write your contact details on the back of the parcel. This way we can easily allocate your order.

Faulty Goods
Evie Mai will give a full refund on any faulty items. Before you return the faulty item, please contact us and provide us with the following:
-Your name and contact details
- Date of purchase
- Garment/s purchased and price
-Description of the fault on the garment

All items that have been returned as faulty will be thoroughly inspected and if the noted ‘fault’ cannot be identified, Evie Mai will not accept the item as faulty and therefore no money will be returned.
